Job Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
- At least 1–2 years experience as an HR
- Strong Background In Compensation & Benefits Preferred
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Willing to work night shift, Monday–Friday (8:30 am to 5:30 pm)
- Willing to be assigned onsite in Mandaluyong
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Compensation & Benefits administration (payroll coordination, incentives, and salary processes)
- Address employee inquiries related to pay, benefits, and HR policies
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Assist in HR reports and employee engagement initiatives
