Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintains and continuously updates all employee personal file (201 files)
- Recruits and hires qualified applicants for vacant position per Manpower Request
- Ensures that qualified candidates completes his/her pre-employment requirements.
- Facilitates in orienting new employee on Company Policies, Procedures and Benefits.
- Issues appointment papers and employment contracts.
- Keeps track of any employment status movement such as Regularization, End of Contract, Transfer, Reassignment, Promotion, Termination and Resignation.
- Drafts and issues employment certifications.
- Monitors and collates all performance evaluation reports.
- Issues bank endorsement for payroll purposes.
- Facilitates in processing the following:
- Emergency Loans (Medical, Funeral, Calamity)
- Bereavement/Calamity Assistance
- Facilitates in issuance of medical/dental referrals...
