We are looking for an HR Specialist to support a busy wholesale distribution operation in Dayton, Ohio. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for an HR team member who enjoys being visible on the floor, building strong employee relationships, and contributing to a collaborative workplace. The role supports a predominantly Spanish-speaking workforce and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across employee support, hiring, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. This position is fully onsite and requires flexibility to align with operational needs, including occasional presence for an overnight shift.
