HR Specialist - 6 month contract - Inside IR35 Harvey Nash's public sector client is seeking a HR professional to support for an initial 6-month period . Key Responsibilities: Supporting delivery of colleague engagement initiatives and associated action planning Assisting with the design, coordination and implementation of learning and development activity, including management capability and career framework related initiatives Producing and interpreting people data, MI and analytics to support decision-making, workforce insights and reporting Providing pragmatic and commercially balanced employee relations advice across a range of casework and policy matters Supporting organisational change, workforce planning and broader People & Culture projects where required Working collaboratively with leaders and managers across the business Supporting continuous improvement of HR processes, governance and documentation Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience operating at Senior HR Advisor a...
