Responsibilities:

• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Support recruitment efforts by reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate employee training programs and maintain participation records.
• Assist in payroll and performance management processes.
Requirements
• 3+ years of HR experience with focus in one or more specialties.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
