Overview

Own the full HR function and work directly with leadership in a multi‑branch environment.

Drive recruitment, employee relations, performance, training, and compliant HR administration, with a strong package including medical aid and pension.

Minimum Requirements Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field 2 or more years of experience in a generalist HR management / supervisory role Strong knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practice High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills Experience supporting performance management, training, recruitment, and HR administration Ability to travel to the branch in Centurion weekly Duties and Responsibilities Oversee time an...
