HR Specialist
Working within CFC’s global Human Resources team, the HR Specialist plays a key role in supporting the delivery of the people agenda across the business. This role sits within HR Operations and works closely with the HR Business Partnering team and HR Centres of Excellence (Talent & Development, Reward, TA, HR Ops & Payroll) to ensure seamless collaboration and effective delivery across the full HR/employee lifecycle.This is a delivery‑focused, hands‑on role, suited to someone who enjoys operating at the centre of HR activity and providing high‑quality execution. You’ll support HR Business Partners by owning core people processes, providing reliable HR advisory and operational support, and ensuring people activity is delivered accurately, compliantly and at pace within a fast‑moving, regulated environment.
