Job Description
The HR Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the organization across three key HR pillars:Employee Relations (ER) ,HR Compliance , andTraining & Performance Management . The role is responsible for fostering a compliant, fair, and high-performance workplace through effective management of employee issues, policy adherence, and initiatives that drive employee engagement and continuous performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Relations (ER) Case Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct prompt, thorough, and impartial investigations into ER cases including harassment, misconduct, and workplace policy violations.
- Ensure due process and documentation in handling corrective and disciplinary actions.
