Job Description
Responsibilities
- Define a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and aligned to our company's strategy and business goals
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay, equity, human rights, etc)
- Processing of Government Contributions (SSS, PH, Pagibig) and epmployees loan
- Adddress employees concerns relative to compensation and their benefit
- Represent the company in engaging to the concerns of gov't agencies relative to benefits
- Represent HR department in the weekly coordination meeting
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HR Functions (Pay & Benefits, Recruitment, Training & Development, etc)
- Understanding of Labor Laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office
