Job Description
- An HR Specialist is responsible for supporting payroll processing, employee records management, and compliance with government-mandated benefits for both office and project-based employees in the construction industry. The role ensures accurate payroll coordination, proper documentation, and compliance with Philippine labor regulations
- Manage recruitment and staffing for office and project-based positions, including engineers, technical staff, and site workers.
- Prepare employment documents such as contracts, job offers, and onboarding requirements
- Conduct initial applicant screening and coordinate interviews with department heads and project managers.
