Job Description
The HR Specialist role will provide a focused support in Talent Acquisition from sourcing and screening of candidates through to pre-employment and onboarding to ensure successful integration of new hires in the organization.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Screening: Lead the activities around sourcing and pooling of candidates for vacancy requirements across the organization. Monitor internal and external job postings, screen candidates, arrange interviews with hiring managers, facilitate reference checks.
- Pre-Employment and Compliance: Ensure submission of complete pre-employment requirements including medical exam and securely manage 201 file of employees.
