Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support end-to-end Human Resource functions across the employee lifecycle, including Talent Acquisition, payroll, HR administration, and compliance to ensure effective HR service delivery. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Manage the end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring needs. Source, screen, and coordinate candidates across recruitment channels. Prepare job advertisements, maintain recruitment records, and support hiring reports. Co-ordinates offer preparation, employer branding initiatives and career events. Employee Lifecycle Management Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation.
