Specific Responsibilities
- Ensure timely deployment of qualified manpower based on the approval timeline and ensuring the timely documentation of all recruitment activities.
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job description
- Conducts interview and prepares job offer for all position.
- Assists in the implementation of an effective recruitment programs such as job postings in all recruitment platforms, testing and interview to attract, acquire, engage and retain best talents in a timely and cost-effective manner.
