- Conducts employee orientation of Company Policy, Rules and Regulations and signing of Employment Contract to briefly discuss the employment arrangements, conditions and nature of the newly hired employees.
- Responsible for the sourcing of candidates, interview, background investigation, recruitment and manpower pooling.
- Ensures proper onboarding of employee to include work station, tools of the trade or office equipment, training schedules, and assessment during probationary period.
- Documents all employee movements and ensures that there is proper and timely advise to HR, Audit, and Accounting
- Ensures that clearances are followed up with all concerned to avoid employee complaints and advises HR, Audit and Accounting.
