Job Description
The HR Associate supports the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee record maintenance. This role ensures that HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively and that employee needs are met in a timely and confidential manner.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle (i.e., including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks). Guide new employees through the onboarding process and orientation, ensuring they understand HR policies, procedures, and company culture.
