Employee Engagement
- Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement events and activities.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure participation and support for engagement initiatives.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance employee morale and company culture.
- Conduct surveys and gather feedback to assess the effectiveness of engagement activities.
- Prepare and manage the budget for engagement events.

- Administer and enforce company policies and procedures regarding employee conduct, in the form of NTEs, NDAs, and memorandums.
