Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist deployed employees on benefit-related and other employment concerns.
- Assist HR to the deployed employees’ issues and concerns (timekeeping, payout documents, uniforms and government-mandated benefits and others) and provide prompt action or feedback within 24 hours.
- Monitor all staffing needs and operations of the clients related to manpower and HR services.
- Assist recruitment team in the endorsement of candidates/applicants to partner clients; assist in candidate screening and hiring processes.
- Assist deployed employees’ performance review & evaluation.
- Perform roving and visits to client and/or deployed employees.
- Coordinate on the collecting/submission of deployed employees’ attendance records.
- Accept the responsibilities of timekeeping and time-off requests.
- Ensure timely completion of payout records (validation of DTRs, signature of Client, others).
