Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure the smooth handling of administrative tasks, and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, onboarding materials, and termination paperwork
- Assist in recruitment processes including scheduling interviews, posting job ads, and screening resumes
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support payroll processing and maintain attendance/leave records
