Job Description
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain the HR payroll system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of records.
- Consolidate and verify completeness of manual Daily Time Records (DTR) and generate reports for third-party payroll providers.
- Assist in onboarding processes, including ATM setup and creation of new payroll profiles.
- Process and encode employees’ leave, prepare payroll computations, and handle employee loan calculations.
- Ensure employees’ 201 files are complete, up-to-date, and securely stored.
- Address and resolve employees’ payroll-related inquiries and concerns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field, with at least one year of relevant HR/payroll experience.
- Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and excellent time management and organizational abilities.
