Overview
1. Performs end to end recruitment process such as but not limited to;
- Source and sends applicants for screening
- Participate in various hiring activities such as joining job fairs, coordination with school and LGU for partnership
- Prepare and post job hiring ads in different recruitment platforms and social media groups
- Contact applicants for interview schedule and coordinate with the Department Heads on interview availabity
- Administer and interpret psychological exams and results for the purpose of assessing candidates’ intelligence, personality, skill or other psychological attributes.
- Performs employment background checks
- Process the pre-onboarding and onboarding procedures of the successful candidates
- Update and maintain the Recruitment database report accordingly from time to time
- Prepare and submit daily recruitment reports progress as required
