Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepares correspondences and build and maintain and cascade procedures and policies
- Prepares reports to communicate information about employee concerns and comments and organizational actions taken
- Spearheads in recruitment process and onboarding of the assigned Region
- Facilitates employee activities and team building
- Performs HR transactional activities including data entry, weekly reports and timekeeping
- Ensure proper documentation; report, filling and records are consistent with guideline and procedures
- Performs other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time from the team leader.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
- Must have at least 2-3 years working experience as an HR practitioner
