Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding/offboarding, internal transfers, and attendance management. In addition, you will take ownership of recruiting for critical R&D roles, particularly Scientists and Biologists . This role requires solid local HR experience and the ability to understand the unique needs of scientific talent.
