Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous, reliable, and locally experienced HR Specialist/Manager to support our HR team. You will be responsible for the accurate and efficient administration of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, and attendance management. The ideal candidate is an excellent organizer with strong communication skills and a strict adherence to confidentiality.
Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Lifecycle Administration:
- Manage new hire onboarding: Prepare employment contracts, coordinate orientation, and ensure all required documents (e.g., personal details, work pass copies) are collected and filed in compliance with Singapore’s Employment Act.
- Coordinate employee offboarding: Conduct exit formalities, recover company assets, and ensure necessary notifications to CPF Board are submitted.
