Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives
- Manage the full HR spectrum, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and compensation & benefits
- Handle employee relations matters such as engagement activities, workplace conflicts, and disciplinary issues
- Design and update HR frameworks to ensure compliance with Employment Act, CPF, IRAS, and other statutory requirements
- Oversee HR operations including talent management, succession planning, performance management, and benefits administration
- Prepare HR budget in alignment with company annual budgeting and ensure controlled HR expenditure
- Manage payroll processing and statutory submissions including CPF, GIRO, IRAS (IR8E) and related filings
