Job Qualifications:
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding coordination).
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Ensure timely filling of vacancies according to manpower plans.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology or any business-related course
- At least 3 years work experience in end to end recruitment
- At least 1 year supervisory experience
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment is an advantage
- With strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and labor laws
- Excellence in interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Willing to work at San Pedro, Laguna
