Job Description
Responsibilities
- In-charge in analyzing, developing, and implementing policies that align with organizational objectives of the Company.
- Monitors and coordinates with the Head and Supervisors in relation to the Employee Relation issuance of notices and scheduling hearings in connection with grievances and violations.
- Monitors the process of Quality Assurance Reports.
- Records update and maintain Employee’s Master List.
- Monitors and ensure all reports and tasks of HR/ Admin.
- Check and monitor the process documentary requirements of resigning, terminated and/or separated (off) employees, including the exit interview.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
