Job Description
1. Recruitment & Staffing Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs.
Oversee onboarding and orientation for new employees.
2. HR Operations & Administration Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documents.
Ensure HR policies, SOPs, and company regulations are properly implemented.
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll-related HR support.
3. Employee Relations Address employee queries and issues professionally.
Promote positive workplace culture and communication.
Assist in resolving conflicts, misconduct cases, and disciplinary actions.
4. Performance Management Support performance review processes and appraisal cycles.
Monitor employee performance issues and follow up with managers.
