Overview
HR Support Specialist provides operational and administrative support to Human Resources activities in alignment with WHO policies and procedures. The role focuses on strengthening HR documentation systems, ensuring compliance with established HR processes, and supporting workforce development initiatives. The position will assist in organizing HR records, monitoring contract timelines, developing HR tracking systems, and supporting training and succession planning initiatives for the workforce.

- Support HR and compliance activities in line with WHO policies and procedures.
- Finalize the SOP recruitment checklist specifically for Special Services Agreement (SSA) holders, consultants, and staff. This checklist will serve as a monitoring and compliance tool based on existing policies and procedures.
