In the Global Center inside People Services, we are responsible for the smooth execution of the Internal Learning and Touchpoint processes within Volvo Group employees which is based on high-quality dialogues between people that build engagement and improve both team and individual performance and help them with their development. For those processes we use, support and configure a cloud-based online platform, in keeping with business requirements in different countries, as well as provide tool technical support for end users (HR Business Partners, Managers and employees).
