Talent Acquisition
Own end-to-end hiring for multiple roles (sales advisors, team leads, operations, marketing, management) Create role-specific sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and vendors Screen candidates for experience, role fit, and cultural alignment Conduct structured HR interviews and coordinate further rounds Ensure fast turnaround time from sourcing to offer closure Stakeholder Management Work closely with founders and hiring managers to understand requirements Align hiring plans with business priorities and timelines Provide regular updates on pipeline, bottlenecks, and hiring metrics Process & Systems Build and improve hiring processes, interview frameworks, and evaluation criteria Maintain candidate tracking systems and dashboards Ensure consistent candidate experience and communication Employer Branding & Hiring Efficiency Improve job descriptions, job postin...
