Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support full spectrum of interview coordination (from interview to onboarding)
- Liaise with candidates on document collation upon offer acceptance
- Collect & verify required documents post offer acceptance
- Arrange and schedule medical check‑ups, mandatory training, and related tasks
- Coordinate submission/management of Work Pass applications, including insurance with HR Services team
- Verification of medical check‑up reports and liaise with TA for escalation cases
- Finalize start work date with candidates
- Inform TA on finalized join date to issue updated offer letter (as required)
- Collection of cancellation pass and issuance of Work Pass upon commencement of employment
- General administrative support related to the above services including paperwork administration for ERP program
- Perform ad‑hoc related duties as assigned by the manager
