Job Description
- Manage and execute end to end recruitment process
- Execute strategies and polcies for talent acquisition and management
- Monitor, execute and track onboarding cycle of new employees
- Assist in pre-exit requirements of exiting employees, offboarding process
- Assist in training & development initiatives
- Spearhead and assist in various engagement activities and programs
- Assist in Government related HR functions/HR Administrative functions
- Assist in retention campaigns
- Provide HR & Admin Support to employees
- Maintain employee files and records
- Overall assistance within the department and HR administrative work support
- Handle and manage HR projects as assigned to you
