We are currently recruiting a HR - Payroll Team Leader – Italian Speaker for a SSC in Porto .

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the payroll team responsible for the Italian market
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with local legislation
- Act as the main point of contact for payroll-related queries and escalations
- Monitor KPIs and ensure service delivery excellence
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives
- Collaborate with HR, Finance and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
- Provide coaching and development to team members
