JOB SUMMARY:
Lead and manage the daily operations of the HR shared services team, focusing on the full employee lifecycle—from attraction and hiring to development, retention, and offboarding. Ensure team engagement, high-quality deliverables, and operational efficiency while supporting stakeholders to enhance the employee experience and maintain confidentiality.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage talent, onboarding, and employee lifecycle data processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
