Job Requirements
- Graduate in the degree of Psychology or any 4 year course
- At least 15 years of exprience in Training & Development
- Must have Leadership Competency skills (Decision Making, Engagement & People Management)
- With good communication & interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Conducts traning needs analysis and competency mapping of the organization's workforce in order to identify skills gaps.
- Develop trainig and development programs to recommend appropriate actions for trainibg activities.
- Develops and delivers engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules to meet employee needs
- Assesses the effectivness of training programs and makes adjustments based on organizational needs to measure training success.
