Job Title: HR Transaction SpecialistJob Description
This role is integral to the central HR Shared Services (HRSS) department and is tasked with supporting a range of workforce administration processes, such as transfers, salary changes, promotions, and terminations. The position ensures timely, accurate, and responsive services to assist employees and managers in processing transactions, updating employee records, auditing data, and handling HR forms and related processes. The HR Transaction Specialist also acts as a subject matter expert for Internal Service Requests, Employment Actions, and SAP's PA/OM functions, among others.
Responsibilities
+ Provide timely, accurate and responsive services to employees and managers on critical Shared Services transactions to ensure data and processing accuracy.
+ Process a high volume of transactions using standard operating procedures and guidelines for various HR transactions, including hiring and personnel changes.
