Overview
We are looking for experienced HR Transformation professionals to partner with organizations in driving workforce, talent, and HR transformation initiatives. This role involves designing and implementing strategic HR solutions, optimizing HR operations, and supporting digital HR and talent management programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support HR transformation projects, from assessment to implementation.
- Design and improve HR operating models, service delivery frameworks, and HR processes.
