Job Description
- Collaborate with various internal/external stakeholders to develop, promote and implement Health Promotion/Intervention programmes and services for staff to improve their health status and well‑being.
- Plan and organise various hospital-level health, sports, and social recreational activities and events
- Analyse post-health screening data to implement needs‑based health promotion and intervention programmes. Track pre‑post programme results to ensure successful health outcomes.
- Engage and motivate staff to take charge of their health and overall well‑being.
- Undertake the Secretariat roles for both the Workplace Safety & Health Council and Well‑being Committee to support the hospital efforts in developing and implementing the workplace safety and health framework and promote staff well‑being.
- Support the Department's digitalization efforts to improve connectivity with staff in accessing well‑being initiatives and programs.
