On Demand HR is a specialist workplace relations and human resources consultancy supporting businesses across Australia. We work with small to medium organisations on a broad range of employment matters, including performance management, disciplinary processes, restructures and redundancies, employment contracts, workplace investigations, Fair Work compliance, recruitment, workers compensation, and strategic HR advice.
Our consultants work directly with business owners, executives, and managers to provide practical workplace relations advice that balances legal compliance with commercial outcomes.
We are seeking a motivated university student studying Human Resources, Law, Business, or a combined HR/Law degree to join our team in a part-time support role.
