HR / Admin Executive - Job Scope / Responsibilities We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including payroll, recruitment, HR operations, statutory compliance, employee relations, and general administrative duties. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Staffing . Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding. . Liaise with hiring managers on manpower requirements and candidate selection. . Prepare employment contracts, Letters of Appointment, and onboarding documents. . Conduct orientation for new hires and maintain employee records. . Coordinate probation review and confirmation process. 2. Payroll Administration . Handle full spectrum of monthly payroll processing accurately and on time. . Compute salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and final payments. .
