Business Partnering & Leadership Support- Act as first point of contact for People Managers on leadership, performance, and people topics
- Coach and support managers on team development, feedback, and decision‑making
- Support organizational design, role clarity, and team effectiveness initiatives
- Partner with leadership on scaling topics (structure, capability, succession, engagement)
- Challenge constructively when HR standards or company principles are at risk
- Drive performance management cycles (goal setting, reviews, development plans)
- Support managers in translating business goals into clear team objectives
