Latin American country operations include Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.

- Experience in HR
- Experience managing Employee Administration Systems.
- Experience managing employees’ contracts and benefits.
- English Proficiency, both verbal & written.
- HR related certifications would be considered as a plus.
- Great communication skills to properly assist and support the organization.
- Relationship management.
- Proactivity and eager to propose solutions.
