We are looking for a strategic and people‑centric HR Business Partner Manager to serve as a vital link between our human‑capital strategy and business objectives. In this role, you won’t just do HR—you will act as a consultant, coach, and strategist for our leadership teams, ensuring our people are empowered to deliver their best work.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory: Act as a dedicated consultant to line management, providing expert guidance on organizational design, career development, and performance management.
- Change Management & Transformation: Lead organizational transformations and changes, including mergers and acquisitions, and small to large‑scale culture shifts. Guide teams through ambiguity and organizational restructuring.
