- Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end hiring, manpower planning, and onboarding programs.
- Performance Management: Lead performance review cycles and manage PIP governance.
- Operations & Payroll: Oversee timekeeping accuracy and lead end-to-end payroll computation and compliance.
