Academic Qualifications and Background:
- A degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial or Organizational Psychology
- A background in Hospitality Human Resources in a 5* Luxury Hotel / Lodge environment
- 5 years word experience in HR function in a hospitality environment
- Previous Experience in Labour Relations
- Payroll Experience SAGE 300 People
- Valid Drivers' License
- Strategic Planning
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficient in SAGE People 300 payroll
- Conversant with Hospitality and HR Technical Terminology
- Conversant with Hospitality organizational structures and roles
- Experience in preparing organization wide annual plans including budgets
- Competent in correctly developing and ensuring policies, processes and standards are implemented and applied across the organization.
