Overview: Hire Resolve’s Client are seeking an experienced and qualified HRD Superintendent to join their mining operation in Limpopo. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive Human Resources Development (HRD) program to support the growth and success of our mining operation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic HRD plan that aligns with the overall business objectives of the mining operation.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and training opportunities within the workforce.
