Job Description
Spearhead the full lifecycle of HRIS enhancements, integrations, and new feature implementations tailored to the banking and financial services sector. Serve as the HRIS subject matter expert, ensuring adherence to best practices, data security standards, and regulatory requirements such as SOX and GDPR. Support enterprise-wide HRIS projects, including system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and integrations with payroll, benefits, and compliance systems. Manage data conversion activities while maintaining strict data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations. Generate, analyse, and present detailed HRIS reports and insights to support workforce planning, compensation strategies, and key HR initiatives. Deliver advanced user support, training, and documentation for stakeholders across HR, payroll, risk, and compliance functions.
