Job Description

Linum Consult’s client is an international technical and engineering construction specialist, with a focus in complex industrial buildings. They are looking to hire an HSE Advisor to join their team in Belgium.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establishing and implementing the company’s health and safety policy to prevent injury, illness, damage, and wastage

  • Promoting the company’s health and safety policy and ensuring that employees are made aware

  • Carrying out regular safety inspections and recorded for all construction sites, with feedback provided to the project managers, Group HSE Director, and Project Director

  • Ensuring that identified issues from previous reports have been dealt with accordingly in a suitable timeframe

  • Reprimanding any member of staff failing to discharge their responsibilities with regards to health and safety
