Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor project HSE plans, procedures, and compliance programs.
- Ensure all civil and infrastructure activities are executed safely and in line with project specifications.
- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and safety inspections for site operations.
- Review method statements, risk assessments (MSRA), and permit-to-work systems.
- Lead incident investigations and implement preventive and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project management, consultants, and clients on all HSE matters.
- Monitor subcontractors and workforce compliance with safety procedures.
