Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Set and maintain owner-side HSE governance, reporting, and escalation protocols
- Review contractor and PMC HSE systems, plans, and site readiness from assurance perspective
- Monitor HSE performance, critical risks, incidents, and corrective action closure
- Conduct owner HSE walks, audits, and high-risk activity observations
- Escalate serious unsafe conditions and repeated non-conformance to management
- Coordinate with Operations, FM, Security, PMC, and Contractor on safety interfaces
- Support stop-work and recovery recommendations where major risk exposure exist
- Liaise with authority, neighborhood and other external stakeholders on behalf of DRB, together with contractor.
